If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement. Please note that our toys are made of natural materials and might have usual natural imperfections like darker spots or wood-eyes that wont affect the functionality of the toy and make each toy unique. These imperfections are not considered a damage and won't fall under free return or exchange policy. For other returns, items must be unused in their original packaging, and the refund will exclude original shipping costs, with return shipping at your expense.
