Shipping and Returns

At FlexyMinds, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently offer the following shipping options within United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $90 qualify for free standard shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays with our shipping carriers.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination:

International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

Delivery times range from 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Please be aware that international orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or duties. FlexyMinds is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.

Returns & Refunds

We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion within 14 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and 15% of the product price for a restock fee.

Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@flexyminds.com

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@flexyminds.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive an item that is damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately at info@flexyminds.com. FlexyMinds is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

Exceptions:

Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

The FlexyMinds “Give Back” Program

If you have a used or damaged FlexyMinds toy that you no longer need, consider participating in our Give Back Program. Simply send us your old toys, and we’ll restore them and donate them to children in need. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a 20% discount on your next purchase.
