Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer 30-Day Free Returns if your item arrives damaged or defective. However, since our products are handcrafted and shipping is a significant cost, we have a few important conditions:

Free Returns Apply If:

  • Your product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • We sent the wrong item or there’s a missing part.

    In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Returns for Non-Defective Items:

If you choose to return an item for reasons such as:

  • Changing your mind
  • Finding it too difficult for your child
  • No longer needing the product

You may still return it within 30 days, but:

  • The original shipping cost (even if you received free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for paying return shipping.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition & packaging.

Return Conditions:

  • Before shipping the return, we require a photo of the item to assess its condition.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout cannot be returned.
  • If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at info@flexyminds.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

Please note:

Our toys are made of natural materials and might have usual natural imperfections like darker spots, wood eyes or other imperfections that won’t affect the functionality of the toy. These natural variations make each toy unique and are not considered damage. Therefore, they do not qualify for free return or exchange under our policy.
